My Professional Profile
After spending two years at Millersville University majoring in Early Childhood and Special Education, I have transferred to Penn State, University Park to major in Agricultural and Extension Education. Upon graduation, I plan on entering the agribusiness world, while utilizing the skills and information I learned as an Agricultural and Extension Education major.

Oley Valley High and Middle School
January-April 2020
As a student-teacher for the Penn State Agricultural and Extension education program, I worked with Oley Valley High School students, faculty, and staff to learn more about agricultural education in the classroom. In this position, I taught classes in Natural Resource Management, Advanced Animal Science, Plant Science, Animal and Plant Biotechnology, Food Science, Agriculture Business, and Introduction to Agriculture (8th grade). Purina Animal Nutrition
Summer 2019
At Land O'Lakes Purina, I worked as a feed sales intern for Oxford Feed and Lumber in Chester County, PA. In this position, I was tasked with finding ways to improve our products, offerings, and services for individuals in the beef, sheep, goat, show, and backyard poultry sector.
Penn State Student Farm Intern
August 2018-December 2018
As an intern for the Penn State Student Farm, I worked as the community outreach intern. In this position, I was responsible for recruiting and maintaining volunteers to work at the Penn State Farm. On the farm, we would "glean," meaning we would salvage all of the possible produce and donate the remaining food to surrounding food pantries and food banks.
Orientation Leader, Millersville University
August 2017
Every year, Millersville University hires around 50 upperclassmen to work as Elite Student Orientation Leaders. Â In this position, one must attend a week of training on campus and then lead the incoming freshman class to the different Orientation Weekend activities.

As an Agricultural and Extension Education major, I learn a variety of technical agricultural classes, as well as educational theory and the importance of pedagogy. At Penn State, I am involved in Block and Bridle, LEAD Society, and a committee member of the Donor and Alumni Relations (DAR) Committee of THON. I will be student teaching in Spring 2020 at Oley Valley High School in Oley, PA

I graduated from York Catholic with Honors. Â At York Catholic, I was the president of Be You, on the board for ALPHA Peer Helpers, and Choir. Â I was a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, and Track team. Â I was awarded the 2016 Spartan Sportsmanship Award.
