Agriculture Education is a topic that I did not know much about until I transferred to Penn State, University Park in August of 2018. After two semesters at my prior school, Millersville University as an Early Childhood and Special Education major, I decided I wanted to transfer to Penn State for agriculture. After browsing through the university's list of majors, I picked Agricultural Sciences and applied to the school. In my first semester at Penn State, I had an agriculture education class focused on FFA. After speaking to some other students in the class and the professor, I changed my major to Agricultural and Extension Education and the rest is history.
